A provider event moves the shipment; it does not approve it. The row keeps planned, estimated, predicted and actual arrivals apart rather than overwriting one with the next.

A document Atlas generates is stored immutably and enters review - it is never born approved. The person who created a version cannot be the person who approves it, and a superseded version stays in the record.
See orders, shipments, deadlines, holds, exceptions and arrival readiness together, with every status tied to its source and owner.
Track planned supply, physical lots, packing, reservations, splits, replacements and shipment allocation without losing lineage.
Version commercial and transport documents, manage inspections and certificates, and require evidence-backed review before release.
Evaluate versioned product, site and corridor rules against a frozen shipment context while keeping unknown or unsupported conclusions blocked.
Coordinate suppliers, forwarders, brokers, inspectors and buyers through scoped requests, acknowledgements and auditable handoffs.
Reconcile supplier bills, buyer invoices, payments, shipment costs and contribution margin without pretending to replace the accounting ledger.
Each group is an owned module with its own commands and contracts; other modules read those rather than reaching into its tables.

Atlas is deterministic where the answer follows from evidence, and stops where it would have to guess. The second column is not a limitation to be engineered away - it is where accountability lives.

A requirement the sources cannot settle is carried as an explicit unknown with its note attached; a readiness evaluation records the reasons it could not conclude; and every observation keeps whether it was verified, when it was observed and when it arrived.
The alternative - a confident green - is the failure this product exists to remove.
Atlas runs as an authenticated live workspace. For evaluations, an administrator creates an isolated workspace and applies a reviewed seed package through the same controls used for operational data.

Seed packages are explicit, reviewable and replaceable. They are never an automatic fallback hidden in the application.

Carrier, authority, payment and accounting connections appear only when they have been configured for that workspace.

Every user signs in through the real workspace identity and role model, with tenant isolation and revocable access.

A seeded evaluation workspace remains clearly labelled and separate from production client records.
