Project X is the working title for Vantra's production-capable insurance broker operations product. It keeps operational records, approvals and report evidence together while external connections remain explicit and fail closed.
These illustrative screens use fictional records. They show the operating grammar of the product, including owned work, lifecycle state, financial lineage and review gates.
| Work | Owner | Source | State |
|---|---|---|---|
| Review renewal exception | Underwriting | Contract PX-214 | Review required |
| Match claim evidence | Claims | Claim CLM-8841 | In progress |
| Reconcile provider invoice | Finance | Invoice INV-1206 | Exception open |
| Complete member follow-up | Service | Case ENG-1033 | Owner assigned |

| Fact | Source | Amount | Control |

| Premium receivable | Policy fact | KES 420,000 | Open |

Keep applications, policies, benefits, membership changes, contract dates and renewal exceptions connected, with lifecycle rules that reject unsupported transitions.
Bring client, member, provider and servicing context into one operator-owned case history across configured email, WhatsApp and voice workflows.
Move claims through intake, document checks, policy matching, controlled routing and settlement tracking without treating an incomplete record as ready.
Track premium receivables, settled claims, provider invoices and reconciliations. Commission and rate obligations stay in reviewed contract evidence rather than an unverified carrier statement feed.
Generate source-linked operational, member and management report drafts, expose readiness exceptions and require authorised review before export. The controls support review; they do not certify regulatory compliance.
Prepare member-specific summaries and service records for authenticated journeys. External sends and provider or insurer handoffs fail closed until the exact connector and tenant authority are present.
The public description follows the workstations in the product. Shared records connect them, while each lifecycle keeps its own permissions and evidence.
Record the client, application, policy, member, provider and supporting evidence inside the authorised broker tenant.
Move applications, membership, claims, contracts, engagement and placement through explicit states, approvals and exception queues.
Project receivables, settlements, provider invoices, reconciliations and reviewed commission obligations back to their source records.
Check source freshness and lineage, resolve blocking exceptions and let an authorised reviewer approve a report or external handoff.
Project X prepares scoped records for authenticated client and member journeys without presenting a public portal or a default account as a completed integration.
A member view can be assembled from that member's policy, membership, claim and service records. Another member's data is never part of the same scope.
CRM and engagement cases retain the accountable owner, purpose, selected channel and operator-recorded outcome so a handoff does not erase context.
A customer-facing journey must be authenticated and explicitly enabled for the broker tenant. The marketing page does not imply a public self-service login.
Production mode distinguishes a durable local workflow from an external handoff. A prepared message, claim route or provider action is not reported as sent, accepted or connected without connector evidence.
In demo mode, sample integrations and records are labelled fictional or simulated. Production mode requires durable storage, an authenticated subject, an exact tenant grant and separately configured connectors.
Project X is a working title, so the product name can change while the dedicated insurance.vantra.xyz host remains stable. Each brokerage signs in on that host with provisioned credentials, and the server still enforces the tenant grant after authentication.
Project X production access uses a dedicated host. Each brokerage signs in there with provisioned credentials and tenant-scoped permissions. Insurer or provider connectivity is enabled only through a separately configured connector.
