HMIS + diagnostic systems private rollout
Vantra HMIS (also called Hospital Core or HIMS) is available to selected hospital partners in private rollout. Its LIS and RIS workflows are implemented modules; PACS image storage remains an external, facility-validated deployment boundary.
Sentinel clinical monitoring
Sentinel ingests FHIR R4 observations, calculates NEWS2 and turns risk into governed alerts and clinical orders for acknowledgement. Automated consultant calling remains a disarmed integration point, not a live escalation claim.

Patient calls, emails or messages
Concierge responds across the channels configured for the clinic and keeps the conversation available for staff takeover when needed.

Reason for contact, insurance details, urgency and clinician preference are captured. The booking is written through the calendar or PMS connection validated for that deployment.

Scribe documents the visit
Ambient AI captures the consultation and drafts the note and referral letter. The clinician reviews, edits and signs before the record is used.

Central Command keeps staff aligned
When the team has a question about process, policy or systems, they ask Central Command, not another clinician.
Connections
eCare CHMIS is deployed for specific healthcare workflows. Cliniko and Open Dental adapters are in private validation. A generic HTTPS webhook and bounded connector work are available; every other named PMS or EMR is assessed and scoped on request.

Trust
Traffic uses TLS. Named server-side stores use application-layer AES-256-GCM field encryption for selected patient-identifying fields; other clinical stores rely on server-only access and provider encryption at rest.
Default-deny data rules, server-side authorization and tenant-scoped audit mechanisms restrict who can read or change healthcare data.
Regulatory scope, data location, subprocessors and contract requirements are reviewed before launch. Vantra does not make blanket HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001 or SOC 2 claims for every deployment.
