These public terms are general. The applicable signed order, product schedule and data-processing terms control a customer deployment and should be reviewed with qualified counsel.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vantra website and services. By submitting a contact form, engaging our team, or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
Vantra provides software products and implementation services including Concierge, Scribe, Central Command, Sentinel, the private-rollout Hospital Core, public APIs, SDKs, connectors, AI consulting, workflow automation and custom software delivery. Product, module and integration availability, data-processing terms, scope, timelines and pricing are agreed in the applicable written order, proposal or agreement.
Clinical and hospital features support, but do not replace, professional judgement. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, the customer remains responsible for clinical decisions, lawful instructions, notices and consent, user access, source-data accuracy, and review or approval of drafts and governed actions.
Provide accurate information required for discovery and delivery.
Give timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays.
Use delivered systems in compliance with applicable laws.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Ownership and usage rights for deliverables are defined in the applicable project contract.
Fees, billing milestones, and payment terms are set out in your project proposal or agreement. Late payments may pause work until outstanding balances are settled.
Services are provided on an “as available” basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website or services after updates take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
