Vantra supports a generic HTTPS webhook, public API and scoped connector work. eCare CHMIS is deployed for specific healthcare workflows; Cliniko and Open Dental adapters remain in private validation. Other named EMR, CRM and field-service connections are assessed and scoped on request.
A precise connector posture
Use the generic HTTPS webhook or public API today, or agree a bounded connector project. ServiceTitan, Commusoft, Joblogic, BigChange, simPRO and Workiz are scoped on request rather than advertised as live native adapters.
Telephony and messaging
Vantra-managed Twilio voice, WhatsApp, email and the embeddable web chat are supported today. Other telephony or messaging providers are assessed on request.
Validated data flows
Each deployment defines exactly which customer, booking, availability or pricing fields may be read or written. Sync is enabled only after the chosen connection passes validation.
Staged setup
Connections are configured and tested before live write access is enabled, with rollout and fallback agreed for the target system.
Step 01
Audit your stack
We map the systems in scope and identify which data flows Vantra needs to read and write.
Step 02
Configure and test
Integrations are built and tested in a staging environment with your real data formats and workflows.
Step 03
Go live
Once validated, we switch on the live connections and monitor for a full cycle to ensure everything flows correctly.
Use cases
Common applications
Technician availability checks where the chosen connector exposes them
Creation of jobs and customer records through validated write paths
Pulling pricing and service catalogues into AI conversations
Syncing booked appointments when the target system supports it
